Pelvic floor dysfunction is a common disease of women, and it is also an important issue that harms the physical and mental health of women and affects the quality of life of couples. The damage to the pelvic floor tissue during the fertility process is one of the important factors for its pathogenesis. With the advent of the second childhood, postpartum rehabilitation has become more and more important. In order to continuously improve the level of postpartum rehabilitation in our hospital, on December 11, our hospital organized a special training session on women's pelvic floor rehabilitation techniques and communication skills for pelvic floor work. Nearly 200 professionals from the hospital participated in the training.
Yang Jinghong, deputy dean of the Municipal Maternal and Child Health Hospital, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. She expressed her gratitude to the industry experts who had exchanged during the busy schedule, and hoped that the trainees could take this opportunity to learn more and use it to the benefit of more female friends.
Wang Huarong, deputy chief nurse of the pelvic floor rehabilitation center of Chengdu Women's and Children's Center Hospital, was invited to give a lecture. Based on her clinical treatment and teaching experience, Mr. Wang gave a comprehensive explanation of the screening, treatment, nursing, and doctor-patient communication of postpartum and middle-aged and elderly women with pelvic floor dysfunction.
